  • Parents are requested to ensure their wards reach college on time.
  • Wearing of the full college uniform is mandatory.
  • Students arriving late may not be admitted to class without the principal's permission.
  • Guardians should not meet students directly in the classroom. Meetings should go through the principal and be infrequent.
  • Students are advised not to bring valuables (e.g., ornaments, chains, watches, bangles) as the college is not responsible for any loss.
  • Escorting students to and from college is the responsibility of parents. The college is not liable after college hours.

Guidelines Regarding Discipline and General Behaviour

  • Maintain a disciplined and learning-oriented environment on campus.
  • Attend all classes and labs according to the timetable.
  • Take your seat before the faculty arrives after the bell rings.
  • Avoid unnecessary roaming, time-wasting, or creating chaos.
  • Maintain strict discipline in all academic areas. Loitering and disturbances will lead to fines.
  • Misconduct, negligence, or damage to property may lead to dismissal.
  • Use of tobacco, pan, or gutkha is strictly prohibited and punishable.
  • Do not represent the college externally without authorization.
  • Respect college property. Damages will be fined individually or collectively.
  • Carry and wear your valid ID card at all times in the college.
  • No outsiders are allowed without permission.
  • Malpractice in exams or misconduct leads to disqualification from Student Council elections.
  • Legitimate grievances should be presented directly to the Director/Principal.
  • Do not form associations or clubs without prior approval.
  • Park vehicles only in designated areas.
  • Behave respectfully when visiting other institutions.
  • Cooperate with staff to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Be courteous to visitors and guests.
  • Pay college fees as per the notices issued.

Guidelines for the Use of Mobile Phone

  • Mobile phone usage is strictly prohibited on college premises.
  • Students are advised not to bring mobiles to college.
  • Mobile found in any state will be considered a disciplinary violation.
  • No mobile phones allowed in classrooms, library, or computer labs.
  • Confiscated phones will be kept for a month. Fines apply for early release.
  • Mobiles during exams will be treated as misconduct under university rules.
  • College is not liable for damage to confiscated mobiles but will handle them carefully.

Guidelines Related to Attendance

  • Report to college before the first lecture begins.
  • Leaves must be applied for in writing by parents for genuine reasons.
  • Medical leave requires prompt notification and a valid certificate.
  • Minimum 75% attendance is compulsory to appear for exams.
